Welcome to work with Milan, I’ve had the pleasure of working in the events industry for over 12 years, specialising in luxury events and heritage venues. My work within the events industry primarily focuses on business development and strategy across all sectors including MICE, luxury weddings & private events.

 

My reputation is built on integrity and delivering measurable results. I have the ability to manage multiple stakeholders to ensure I objectively explore avenues to deliver results that matter at every level.

 

I always strive to drive positive change and growth when working with my clients. I’m never afraid to push the boundaries and rip off the red tape. This has resulted in several commercial opportunities to be unleashed in some of the most sensitive venues, making them accessible for clients to host groundbreaking events. Within the first year of working with Historic Royal Palaces I successfully doubled the revenue from third party agents and event planners, resulting in record breaking sales.

 

With breadth, depth and knowledge of the industry, coupled with a dash of creativity, I’m always on the lookout for the next commercial opportunity. Having built a strong network of clients and industry relationships across the globe, I have influenced some of the industry’s most creative business development initiatives to profile London as the destination for events. 

 

Partnerships with leading industry bodies such as London & Partners, Visit England and Engage! Summits have been forged as a result of my proactive and entrepreneurial approach. This was recognised when I was awarded the UK event industry’s ‘one to watch’ by the Meetings Industry Association.
