The Launch of South Asian Weddings at Bulgari, London
Bulgari London sought to introduce South Asian weddings & Celebrations to the property and launch its bespoke offerings for South Asian clients through a dedicated brand activation event.
Work With Milan was appointed to partner with the Bulgari events team to position the venue within the South Asian wedding market and to develop a comprehensive, long-term marketing strategy.
As part of the broader marketing strategy, an editorial-style campaign was produced to present the venue as a premier setting for cultural celebrations. Celebrity couple Oritsé Williams and Kazz Kumar Williams served as the campaign’s models, further enhancing its reach and appeal.
To mark the official launch of the venue to the South Asian market, a curated evening event was hosted. Key industry proffesionals from the Work With Milan network were invited to experience the space, which had been transformed into a stunning South Asian wedding setup. The evening also showcased the hotel's catering capabilities, reimagined with a South Asian twist.
The campaign was amplified through a multi-week social media rollout, generating significant exposure for the venue within the South Asian wedding market, both in the UK and internationally.
