With over 20 years of experience across the MICE and luxury events sector including my time at Historic Royal Palaces, I’ve built my career around creating opportunities, developing partnerships and driving commercial growth. My experience spans MICE, luxury weddings, private events and brand experiences, giving me an in-depth understanding of the industry, its audiences and commercial landscape.
Throughout my career, I’ve developed an extensive network across the UK and
internationally, connecting clients with influential industry figures and opening doors to new opportunities. Long-standing relationships with organisations including London & Partners, VisitEngland and Engage! Summits reflect my commitment to the industry and the importance I place on enduring relationships. My contribution to the sector has also been recognised by the Meetings Industry Association with its “One to Watch” award.
Creativity and curiosity have always shaped the way I approach business. I’m passionate about recognising untapped potential, challenging convention and looking at opportunities from a different perspective. Whether refining a proposition, identifying new revenue opportunities or bringing the right people together, I’m driven by ideas that create meaningful and lasting value.
That philosophy led me to establish Work With Milan in 2021: a consultancy combining strategic thinking and specialist expertise with a highly personal, collaborative approach. Working with clients across the UK and internationally, my team and I become a trusted extension of their teams, taking the time to understand their ambitions, audiences and what makes their business distinctive.
